Wondering how much wedding dress alterations cost? The answer depends on your gown and the alterations it requires. Every dress is different, and every bride has different fitting needs, so we tailor our service to you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
An exact quotation can only be given once we have seen and assessed your gown. Its fabric, construction, embellishments and overall design can all affect the time and expertise needed.
To help you plan ahead, we’ve put together this pricing guide. It provides an indication of our most common bridal alteration services and the costs associated with them, so you know what to expect before booking.
Most of our commonly requested bridal alterations typically range between £350–£600. The final cost will depend on the construction of your gown, the fabrics and detailing, and the level of alteration required to achieve the perfect fit.
We usually work with a two-three fitting process, with your first appointment usually scheduled around twelve – eight weeks before your wedding day, wherever your timeframe and our availability allow and give us enough time to carefully perfect your gown. For more complex alterations, additional fittings may be recommended.
